Charlene R. Manusos, President

Charlene began her construction background at Wm. Zeigler & Son, Inc. in 1965 as a secretary to the Mechanical Divisions.  With her complete understanding of the construction industry, she was promoted to Executive Vice President.  In 1992 Manusos General Contracting, Inc. was formed with Charlene as the majority stockholder since Don was unemployed at the time.  From a small area in the basement of their home; adding a room on to the garage of their home and in 2000 building the current full time building at 91 Christopher Way, Fox Lake, Il 60020 Charlene has managed the complete financial aspect securing bonding of $23,000,000.00 while working closely with the supervision in the field to maintain the high quality of performance now expected of Manusos General Contracting, Inc.

 

Jamie L. McKeown, Executive Vice President / Secretary / Treasurer

Jamie’s background has been with larger firms as an administrative assistant and also in bookkeeping.  Since she began with Manusos General Contracting, Inc. in 2001, she has been acquiring the knowledge of the construction industry while taking day by day opportunities to obtain financial knowledge of the operations of the firm.

 

Joseph M. McKeown, Vice President / General Trades & Carpentry Estimating Division

Joe began his construction career in 2001 when he began his employment with Manusos General Contracting, Inc.  During his tenure his quest for knowledge of the construction industry has gained him his new status with the firm in estimating and field coordination.

 

Kevin Aronson, Vice President / Concrete & WWTP Estimating Division

Kevin joined us in 2000 as a superintendent and has continued his leadership in the specialty division of Manusos.

 

Dave Wegner, Superintendent

Dave began his employment with Manusos General Contracting, Inc. in 2000 as a foreman and with his display of knowledge and work ethics advanced to his present title of superintendent in a short time.

 

Pat Londberg, Superintendent

Pat began his employment with Manusos General Contracting, Inc. in 1999 as a journeyman and with his craftsmanship and sense of leadership has advanced to superintendent.
